Research Interests
My main interest is understanding and facilitating change processes. My research has examined the following areas: obesity and weight loss, developing self-control in school age children, measuring and facilitating positive marriage and family functioning, and reducing drop outs in psychotherapy.

Selected Publications
I am presently writing a textbook on parenting, under contract with Wadsworth Publishers. Completed chapters are available upon request.
