Undergraduate: Honors Program in Psychology
WELCOME
Dear Psychology Student,
Welcome to the Honors Program in Psychology. Here is a quick introduction to the Program.
- PSYC 460 is for writing a Senior Honors Thesis.
- You must enroll in PSYC 460 in the Fall and Spring of your senior year.
- You can not enroll in PSYC 460 in the Spring and then in the Fall, if you plan to graduate in the Fall. For Fall graduation, you will enroll in the Fall and Spring of the previous year.
- You should have completed PSYC 480 (Independent Study) prior to enrolling in PSYC 460, since you will need a research mentor for your senior thesis project. Students that do not have a research mentor within the first month of PSYC 460 will be dropped.
- Applications are reviewed in late July prior to the next PSYC 460 cycle.
